IDI Toronto in partnership with Mennonite Church of Canada organized the screening of the documentary “Waging Peace, Muslim and Christian Alternatives”. There was another screening in Toronto at the United Mennonite Church. Azim, our Coordinator of Academic Affairs was one of the panelists on both screenings where a diverse audience interacted and discussed the ways the two major religions of the world can wage peace among each other, putting emphasis on the the local initiatives. Executive Producer of the documentary, Sheri Hartzler, was also among the Panelists. You see the photos from both events below.
