IDI GTA and Toronto Police Service have organized the 3rd annual Ramadan Friendship Dinner for Community Leaders on July 26th at the Plunkett Campus of Nile Academy. About 200 guests enjoyed the experiencing the fast-breaking tradition of their Muslim neighbours. Chair of Toronto Police Service Board, Alok Mukherjee, and MP Judy Sgro were among the dignitaries, who attended the dinner. Toronto Acorns, a choir composed of children at varying ages, sang songs and its members received certificates from Toronto Police.
