Together, IDI GTA and Pathways to Education Canada hosted the Intercultural Friendship Ramadan Dinner. The event successfully promoted the Pathways alumni community, encouraged dialogue and friendship, and provided space to celebrate diversity. The event featured Adam Giambrone, former TTC chair, who enthusiastically talked about the advantages of diversity and multiculturalism, and Adem Karsli of Sufi Order in Canada, who shared a spectacular whirling performance while informing the audience of the Whirling Dervishes.  We anticipate hosting a similar event this year and look forward to collaborating with Pathways to Education Canada in the future.
